Your Prep Checklist

Begin low-fiber dietAvoid nuts, seeds, raw vegetables, whole grains, and high-fiber foods. What is a low-fiber diet?Confirm bowel prep kit is in handConfirm your designated driverReview your current medications. If you take blood thinners or diabetes medications, make sure you are prepared to stop them as directed by your doctor. If you don't stop your blood thinner at the right time, your procedure may need to be rescheduled.If you take iron supplements or multivitamins with iron, you may need to stop them this week. Check with your doctor or your prep instructions.If you take injectable GLP-1 medications or other weight-loss drugs such as phentermine (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Zepbound, Adipex-P), you will likely need to pause them before your procedure. Consult your doctor for specific timing.
